User Permissions

Cost prices & margins are locked. They're kept in a separate, protected store that only people with Editor access to this planner (and you, the owner) can read. Viewers and Contributors can't see costs or RT margins anywhere: not on screen, in exports or by inspecting the page. You can also turn costs off for individual editors below.

Tick the sections each person can see. Section access tidies what each person sees; to stop someone seeing the planner at all, ask your admin to remove their login in Supabase. People appear here once they've opened the planner, or add them by name.

Branding & Theme

Your logo and main colour. They're used across the planner, in downloads and on catalogues.

Main logo, top left. Reset puts the standard Dizzo logo back if you've uploaded a different one.Best: PNG with a transparent background, 600 × 200 px (about 3:1), under 300 KB, cropped tight.

Secondary logo, top right. Shows Powered by Real Trading unless you upload another.Best: PNG with a transparent background, 400 × 160 px (about 5:2), under 200 KB.

Export & Import

Export everything gives you one Excel workbook with a sheet for each part of the planner, including cost prices and margins. The backup file holds the same data for safekeeping.

Import products and bundles from an Excel or CSV file. Products are matched on SKU: existing products are updated with the cells you fill in (blank cells are left alone) and new SKUs are added. Bundles are matched on bundle SKU or name, with one row per product in the bundle. You'll see a preview before anything is saved.

Weekly Backups

Every Monday a full Excel backup of the planner is saved here automatically. Keep a copy somewhere safe now and then.

Sign-in & Access

Everyone signs in with their own email and password. To give someone access, ask your admin to create their login in Supabase, then set their role: Editor (can edit and see costs), Contributor (can edit, no costs) or Viewer (read only). Removing the login takes access away.

Licences & Logos

Licence logos and the presentations linked to each licence

Licence logos: PNG with a transparent background, 600 × 300 px for wide logos or 400 × 400 px for square ones, under 300 KB, cropped tight with no empty border.
